TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions for Akiba Yako, Zawadi Yako ; campaign:
- The promotion is open to existing internal clients and new clients who would like to invest in Mwalimu National DT SACCO products.
- Existing members will qualify for entry into a raffle draw upon verification of their deposit transactions.
- Ineligible participants: Members of the Board of Directors, Subsidiary Directors, Delegates, Employees, their immediate family members, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
- Winners will be selected weekly throughout the campaign period.
- All winners will be notified via SMS, email, and a direct phone call.
- The campaign and promotion period will run from 6th November to 31st December 2025.
- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.
- To facilitate processing of rewards, Mwalimu National DT SACCO will share participants details (name, member number, ID number, and deposited amount) with our authorized partner, M-Zawadi.
- All data will be handled and processed in accordance with the SACCO’s Data Protection

ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY GUIDELINES
- Participants must be 18 years and above to qualify for entry into the promotion.
- Each participant is eligible for one entry per category per week throughout the campaign period.
- Winners will be selected randomly through a raffle system, following backend verification
- Upon winning, participants will be required to provide their full name, email address, and contact phone number for verification and prize processing.
- By participating in and signing the consent form, entrants authorize Mwalimu National DT Sacco to publish their names on official social media platforms in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019 and internal privacy guidelines.
- Mwalimu National DT SACCO shall not be held liable for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect entries arising from inaccurate contact information or transmission errors.
- All entries are considered received at the time they are captured in the promotional database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
REWARDS AND PRIZES
Weekly Winners:
New members will receive a cashback reward of KES 1,000 based on verified BOSA contributions.
Existing members will earn 10% cashback based on verified BOSA contributions.
Grand Prize:
Members who deposit a minimum of KES 200,000 during the campaign period will qualify for a chance to win the grand prize; a holiday package worth KES 100,000 at the end of the promotion.
